Gas Servicing & Electrical Audits - We have appointed Argon Technical to carry out audits on gas servicing and electricial testing works that have been carried out on your property. If your property is selected they will contact you by letter prior with an appointment.

C2C Electrical Services were the successful contractor in procuring a 149 electrical inspection contract with the Association. They will be in contact with relevant properties by letter to advise of a date. A percentage of the properties involved will be audited by Argon Technical.

We also wish to advise that ACS will be carrying out surveys of all the common closes in the Blairtummock stock. This will not cause a disruption to tenants and all contractors will carry identification with them.
