Keep safe everyone. Coronavirus Information Sheet Coronavirus Update Following the outbreak of the coronavirus (Covid-19), we have been closely monitoring the situation. The health and wellbeing of our tenants and staff is important to us and we are taking steps, in line with UK Government and Public Health guidance, to minimise the risk to tenants and staff. If you have recently returned from any of the lockdown areas identified, please let us know in advance of our staff or contractors visiting your home. CONTRACTS, AUDITS & SURVEYS Gas Servicing & Electrical Audits - We have appointed Argon Technical to carry out audits on gas servicing and electricial testing works that have been carried out on your property. C2C Electrical Services were the successful contractor in procuring a 149 electrical inspection contract with the Association. We also wish to advise that ACS will be carrying out surveys of all the common closes in the Blairtummock stock.
