Position 1:       Housing Assistant (Permanent Contract: Full-time or Job Share)

Position 2:       Housing Assistant (Fixed Term Contract: Full-time 12 months)

Location:             Easterhouse, Glasgow/Hybrid 

Salary:                  £34,745 - £37,984  (Pro rata if job share)

Grade:                  EVH Grade 6 (PA17 – PA20)

Hours:                  35 hours per week, job share considered for permanent position

Blairtummock Housing Association is committed to providing high-quality housing services to our community in Easterhouse. We are looking for two enthusiastic, forward thinking, Housing Assistants to join our team and help us achieve our goals.

The Positions:

1. Permanent Housing Assistant. Due to internal promotion, we have a permanent vacancy to join our team.

   This is a full-time role but we would consider applications for job share on a rota of 3 days one week and 

   2 days the following.

2. Temporary Housing Assistant. We are also looking to recruit a second Housing Assistant on a fixed term

     contract for 12 months. This is a full-time position, no job share option available.  This position would

     primarily focus on annual house visits to our tenants
